| November 3, 2006 | BC Ferries officially named and launched the newest addition to its
fleet at a ceremony at Allied Shipbuilders in North Vancouver today. The MV Kuper, a
$7 million, 32-vehicle ferry, will enter service on the Chemainus – Thetis Island – Kuper Island

| August 18, 2005 | A $2.2M competitive contract has been awarded to Allied Shipbuilders Limited, of North Vancouver, British Columbia, to refit the Canadian Coast Guard vessel CCGS Gordon Reid.
